Individual Counselling

I am honoured to work with individuals on a range of themes, some of which include: relationships, depression, anxiety, emotions, stress, life transitions, identity and self-expression, parts work, sexuality, self-esteem, boundaries, spirituality/faith, grief and loss, caregiving, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and disabilities.

Couples/Relationship Counselling

It is my privilege to support spouses or partners who attend sessions together, as they work to shift strained relational patterns, to strengthen connection, to improve communication skills, to increase trust, and to navigate difficult transitions.

Rates

Counselling session rates are as follows:

Individual Counselling: $170 per 50 minute session

Couples/Relationship Counselling: $190 per 50 minute session

I do not offer direct billing to insurance providers, but I will give you a receipt that you can submit on your own. It is recommended that you check with your provider, prior to booking a session, to make sure that my services are covered.
