I am honoured to work with individuals on a range of issues, some of which include: relationships, depression, anxiety, managing emotions, identity, self-esteem, sexuality, boundaries, stress, life transitions, spirituality, grief and loss, chronic health concerns, and disabilities.

Couples/Relationship Counselling

It is my privilege to support couples/relationship clients who attend sessions together, as they seek to shift strained relational patterns, to strengthen connection, to improve communication skills, to increase trust, and to navigate difficult transitions.

Rates

Counselling session rates are as follows:

Individual Counselling: $170 per 50 minute session

Couples/Relationship Counselling: $190 per 50 minute session
